Julla.dk is a portfolio showcase by Joachim Bjerregaard, a 20 year old freelance designer/photographer located in Copenhagen, Denmark. This simple site is a quick overview of some selected references I have made in the past years. Notice selected, as I have made a lot more than you can see here.
My qualifications are:
- XHTML
- CSS
- Adobe Photoshop (Design and manipulation)
- Adobe Illustrator (Logos and illustrations in vector graphics)
- Wordpress used as backend code for smaller sites
- Espresso (Mac programming software)
I believe that the tendencies in 2010 is going to be more simple websites (visually), but with a more complex web 2.0 dynamic interface. Designs with flash and heavy graphics are out (html5 is in) and I would like to see more css and text based designs. Even designers can now use css for graphics which needed Photoshop before. This makes faster pages and new possibilities. After all, Photoshop/Illustrator is still the preferred working tool because of the broad compatability with images.
